R4's Voice Server Patch v2.0 (New)

Why I Made This.. Mostly For Customers, But Public Aswell!!
For Some Reason Yahoo Decided To Block like 80% Of People's IP Ranges...
From the Main Redirectory Server 'vc.yahoo.com', Making any software that is..
Default set to use that, or Stuck using that like messenger itself... Not Work to Voice...
But Chat Clients, Etc, Do Work If 1st Manually Changed Voice Server!!

But this Patch Method is more Suitable for those having the Server Issues!!
It Will PATCH all Traffic from your PC that trys to connect to 'vc.yahoo.com' and
Auto Redirect those Connections, to the Voice Server you Select in Combo Box!!
Making any Program set to 'vc.yahoo.com' not end up actually using it.. and
